Mid States Audio & Video designed and installed a comprehensive audio-visual system across the facility's large gathering space, conference room, and multiple huddle rooms, delivering a seamless technology experience for members and event attendees.

The large conference room was outfitted with a QSC control system and a Shure MXA ceiling microphone array. The Shure MXA series represents the current standard in professional conference room microphone technology — its beamforming design captures clear, natural voice audio from anywhere in the room while rejecting background noise and HVAC interference, making it ideal for hybrid meetings and recorded presentations. The QSC platform ties the room's AV components together under unified, simple control.

The main gathering space received a practical, high-performing sound system built around a TOA mixer and a professional projector and screen setup. TOA's commercial audio products are trusted in a wide range of public-address and presentation environments, delivering reliable performance at a value that makes sense for multi-purpose community spaces.

Each of the facility's huddle rooms was equipped with Bose video bars paired with LG displays. Bose video bars integrate camera, microphone, and speaker functionality into a single, clean form factor — perfect for smaller meeting spaces where simplicity and reliability are the priority. LG commercial displays provide sharp, vivid visuals for presentations, video calls, and collaboration sessions.
