Traci has always had an eye for detail and a knack for organization. She has been in office administration and customer service for many years and is always up for a challenge. She is in constant pursuit of customer satisfaction and is extremely resourceful. Traci is a great ally to have in your corner. She has been employed with Mid States Audio, Inc. since 2008 and has worn many hats.

When Traci isn’t making sure customers are happy and finding the solution that works for them, she is usually on the golf course, painting, or spending time with her granddaughter.
